Rocco Procopio is currently the Head of Global Security at JELD-WEN Windows & Doors. His 24 years of senior corporate experience includes the identification, development, implementation and management of corporate global physical security strategies and mitigation programs for Fortune 500 companies. His expertise includes crisis management, workplace violence prevention, executive protection & risk-based protection strategies.
Prior to entering the commercial Global Security arena, he served as an operational member in two U.S. Army Special Forces Special Mission Units.

Rocco is a graduate of Methodist University with a Bachelor of Science degree in History as well as a Master of Science degree in International Relations from Troy University. He also maintains numerous industry security certifications & affiliations. He currently holds a U.S. Department of Defense TS/SSBI security clearance.

Sean’s career reflects success in growing small businesses, building trusted networks in South Florida and Washington, D.C., and aligning workforce and technology solutions to strengthen mission readiness.
Jay Kington is a Managing Partner who brings over a decade of experience leading complex technology programs for government and commercial clients, Jay has delivered mission-critical solutions across highly secure environments—including JSOC, DISA, SOUTHCOM, SOCOM, Guantanamo Bay, and numerous CONUS and OCONUS military installations.
He brings deep expertise in AI/ML, cybersecurity, application services, cloud and infrastructure, and data services—delivering innovative, resilient solutions that meet evolving mission needs. On the federal side,
